ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Everything start with curiosity in architecture. We try to understand and experience different aspects of architecture. Atmosphere is the essencial concept in our design process and we mostly focus on spaces, feelings and materials. Our main purpose is to create a space which meets all the needs of users and guests.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
1.GETTING STARTED
In the first meeting we explain our essential principles and considerations about projects and try to explain you how important is working with an architect from the beggining of the design process. Afterwards,we represent you our architectural design projects and then start to discuss about your design intentions. With the consideration of your design ideas and wishes we arrange the project timeline and budget.
2.SIGNING THE CONTRACT
3.CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT STAGE
According to your requirements and preferences , we identify the criteria and specify the constraints. Later on, we create a concept plan and volume of the project by taking into account the site information, location and buildability.
4.THE DESIGN DEVELOPMENT STAGE
After you approved the concept design, we develop the design according to function and usage requests and represent you different plan arrangements and 3D Model compositions. After several discussions with you we finazlize the design and represent the exterior, interior and material specifications.
5.3D VISUALIZATION STAGE
We explain the spaces through 3D Model and provide renders in order to illustrate lifelike experiences.
6.CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
We pepare the detailed construction documentation which contains site plan and elevation, plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings.
